1. General Policy

  • MXAstro provides astrology services through live chat, call, and reports.

  • All purchases made on the platform are final.

  • Refunds are granted only under specific and valid circumstances outlined below.


2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed chat or call sessions with astrologers.

  • Purchased reports that have been delivered.

  • Wallet top-ups and recharge amounts.

  • Promotional credits, bonuses, or free coins.

  • Partially used services or sessions.


3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The astrologer was unable to provide the service after payment.

  • Technical issues from the MXAstro platform prevented the user from receiving the purchased service.

  • A payment was deducted, but the service was not credited to the user account.

  • Duplicate payment was made for the same service.


4. Conditions for Refund Approval

  • Users must provide valid proof such as screenshots, payment ID, or transaction reference.

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of the issue.

  • MXAstro reserves the right to verify logs, timings, and session details before approving refunds.

  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of MXAstro’s support team.


5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are processed as MXAstro wallet credits.

  • Wallet credits can be used for future services on the platform.

  • Direct bank or card refunds are not provided, except in cases of duplicate payments.


6. Exclusions

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • The user disagrees with an astrologer’s advice or prediction.

  • The user ends the session early voluntarily.

  • The issue arises from the user’s device, network, or internet connection.

  • The user misuses the platform or violates the Terms & Conditions.


7. Processing Time

  • Verified refund cases are processed within 3 to 7 business days.

  • In some cases, additional time may be required for verification.
