By registering as an Astrologer on MXAstro, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use, conduct, responsibilities, and obligations on the platform.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must possess genuine astrology knowledge, skills, and experience.
Must provide valid identity documents, bank details, and required certifications (if applicable).
MXAstro reserves the right to approve, reject, or deactivate any astrologer profile.
You must provide accurate personal, professional, and contact information.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.
Impersonation, false information, or misleading claims are strictly prohibited.
Astrologers must follow the highest standards of professionalism.
The following are mandatory:
Provide consultations honestly and without discrimination.
Avoid any abusive, threatening, or misleading communication.
Do not promise guaranteed results or make false assurances.
Maintain respectful behavior with users and MXAstro staff.
Do not share personal contact information with users outside the platform.
All chats, calls, and reports must be delivered only through the MXAstro platform.
Astrologers must reply within a reasonable professional timeframe.
You must not redirect users to external apps or personal services.
You must not sell products, remedies, or services outside MXAstro without permission.
Earnings are based on the consultation rate decided by MXAstro.
MXAstro reserves the right to revise commission, payout cycles, and payment terms.
Payments are released only after internal verification.
Any fraudulent activity, manipulation of time, or abuse of platform policies may result in withholding of payments.
All text, chat, call recordings, remedies, and reports shared through MXAstro become part of platform records.
You grant MXAstro the right to use your profile, image, rating, and content for marketing and promotional purposes.
You must not copy, distribute, or misuse any MXAstro data or user content.
Astrologers must maintain strict confidentiality of all user information.
Personal data shared during consultations must not be saved, shared, or misused.
Violation of user privacy will lead to termination and legal actions.
Astrologers must not:
Predict death, severe accidents, or extreme negative outcomes.
Provide medical, legal, or financial guarantees or advice.
Promote superstition, fear-based predictions, or harmful rituals.
Engage in harassment, profanity, or abusive behavior.
Request personal favors, gifts, or payments from users.
MXAstro uses a rating system to maintain quality.
Any attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews is prohibited.
Consistently low performance may lead to account suspension.
MXAstro reserves the right to:
Modify or update these terms at any time.
Review messages and calls to ensure quality and safety.
Suspend or terminate astrologers violating policies.
Hold payments during investigations of misconduct.
Your profile may be terminated for reasons including but not limited to:
Fraudulent activity.
Inappropriate behavior with users.
Violation of platform guidelines.
Repeated user complaints.
Breach of confidentiality or misuse of data.
MXAstro is a technology platform connecting astrologers with users.
MXAstro is not responsible for the accuracy of predictions or guidance provided by astrologers.
Astrologers act as independent service providers, not employees of MXAstro.
By joining MXAstro, you acknowledge that:

You agree to follow all rules, policies, and guidelines.
MXAstro has full authority to enforce these terms.
